Vacancy Details and Educational Qualification

The Trainee Engineer Vacancy includes 4 posts for Kolkata and 1 post for Vizag/Mumbai. Candidates applying for Project Engineer positions should possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Telecommunication with 55% & above for General/OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD Candidates. For Trainee Engineer positions, candidates should have a full-time B.E./B.Tech in similar disciplines with the same percentage criteria.

Age Limit and Salary Amount

The upper age limit for Project Engineer positions is 32 years, while for Trainee Engineer positions, it is 28 years as of August 1, 2023. The salary structure for Project Engineers ranges from Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 55,000/-, and for Trainee Engineers, it ranges from Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-.

Application Fee and Required Documents

General and OBC candidates need to remit an application fee of Rs. 472/- for Project Engineer and Rs. 177/- for Trainee Engineer. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee. Applicants must submit relevant documents such as marks cards, CGPA conversion document, caste certificate (if applicable), work experience certificates, and identity proof (Aadhar card/Driving License/Voter ID).

Candidates can download the application form from the official website and submit it to the given address along with the required documents. The selection process includes a Written Test, followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates.
